“I have been an employee with Central Methodist University for the past eight years.  During this time we have been short the amount of coursepacks that we ordered, the company would only send a percentage of what we needed to prevent returns.  We always received the coursepacks late, (up to 4 weeks) which resulted in less sales because students for the most part get their books at one time, if you don’t have it they can’t buy it.
